Hotel had amazing staff who were always ready to help. They provided the best service I have ever experienced. The hotel location was excellent, with direct access to the ski slopes. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and modern. The hotel facilities such as the pool and sauna were great.

Located right next to the slopes, this hotel offers a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities. the room we stayed in was spacious, with modern equipment, and spotlessly clean. the restaurant served excellent food with a wide-ranging, gourmet menu and good wine list. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. the Spa and wellness centre provided a perfect retreat with indoor and outdoor pool, a wide range of treatments, and a steam room.
The only minor downside was that the sauna area needed a little freshening up. the hotel had a lot to offer in terms of quality, luxury, and location.

The hotel was a great place to celebrate our romantic getaway. The staff was incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the snowy mountains. The proximity to the ski slopes and the town made it easy to explore and enjoy the area. We loved the delicious food and the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. The spa was a fantastic place to relax and rejuvenate after a long day of outdoor activities.
The noise level in the building was disruptive at times, especially in the early morning. , the parking situation was challenging and we struggled to find a spot for our car.

Being able to walk out the door and hit the slopes in just a few steps was an advantage that saved time and effort. the mountain view from the room was breathtaking and really made me feel like I was in a winter wonderland. Another positive aspect was the cozy fireplace in the lobby that added a special touch to the holiday spirit.
I have to admit that there were some major downsides to my experience. the food at the hotel restaurant was disappointing, especially the Christmas dinner.

The hotel is ideally located for a ski vacation with easy access to the slopes. Guests can conveniently get to the slopes with the hotel's ski-in, ski-out location. the rooms are spacious, clean with good bathrooms. the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Guests can also enjoy exceptional spa facilities with an indoor and outdoor pool and a variety of saunas, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the hills.
The hotel could improve the noise insulation as some guests mention street noise in their rooms.
